Mr. Freeborn & Ms. Messamore went above and beyond working for me as a creditor in my ex husband’s chapter 7 bankruptcy to defend and uphold a full satisfaction of my Superior Court Owelty Lien Judgment after 20 years of him refusing to pay. Stephen L Freeborn and his Paralegal did an absolutely FABULOUS JOB on preparing me and my paperwork on a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Freeborn and his paralegal were not the first legal team we met with about our issues. The first lawyer we spoke with came highly recommended by a family member, but he was adamant we’d have to file for bankruptcy. We gave Freeborn Law Offices a try for a second opinion. Preparation, knowldedge and attention to detail is key to the success of any court approved BK. Elaine (paralegal) did such an incredible job putting together our case for the trustee. No stone was left un-turned and she knows the system. There were no challenges or push-back from the court after our case was presented. I was amazed by how smooth it went. I didn't know what to expect and was relived when it was over. I'm thanklful for such a capable team in what was a very difficult time.

Have used Stephen a couple times for Landlord-Tenant as well as Homeowner Association issues. Great whether you're a homeowner or the HOA. Very honest about your rights ...doesn't just tell you what you want to hear and waste your money. Charges small fee for face-to-face consultation but not a "clock-watcher" and gives a lot more time than you pay for. Fees are very reasonable for his years of experience.
