Rude, treats clients like your less than, speaks down to you. Very forgetful. Very angry person inside.

We had fire damage at our house and our insurance kept playing Hot potato with our case. This dragged on for almost 2 years. 2 years of begging our insurance to cover the cost. It wasn’t til we hired Rock Sorensen that the insurance finally acknowledged their gross incompetence and sent us the final check of high 5 figures. Our family is incredibly grateful to Rocks determination to hold our insurance countable
