If u want to lose hire this lousy guy even when u have proof he won’t work for u he will charge u and u will only see him when he wants more money he allowed the other attorney to lie and we have proof the county has proof that they were out right lying and he did nothing but show up and ask for more money this man ruins lives!

I recommend Mr. Ulmen of Timberline Legal Services as an attorney.  I called several attorneys to prepare a Purchase and Sales agreement for our family to purchase a property.  Based on my initial discussions and price for his services we retained him. He provided practical answers to my questions and was very friendly and helpful!  The procurement process had several tricky issues caused by the seller that Mr. Ulmen was able to work through. During the process he provided excellent consistent communication and advice. In the end we obtained the deed to the property for the original agreed upon price from both the seller and Mr. Ullmen's original quoted price for his services. I recently required the assistance of a qualified attorney in a gun rights restoration case. I did several days of research and made several calls to various attorneys and firms regarding their area of specialties and their rates ( Flat fee vs hourly) Mr. Ulman had specific experience in this area and others as well and presented me with a FLAT FEE for the service that was nearly half what I was being quoted by other firms who explained to me that they were "larger and more qualified". I decided to go with Mr. Ulman and I can very gladly say I made the correct choice. Mr. Ulman was outstanding in the customer service category ( 5 Stars). The legal process was started immediately and I was kept apprised of every step along the way. A process I was told by the other firms could take up to 2 months to complete took him 3 weeks to close with the courts and this was all during the Covid shutdown. If I ever require legal assistance again you can bet my money will be on Timberline Legal Services and Mr. Ulman. Cant Say Enough!!!
