We had an awful experience working with Felicia. We ended up going with another mediator to finish our divorce. She encourages conflict and then charged extreme rates for every email sent between the parties and even higher rates for her responses. She definitely picked sides and was quite a bully. Even when discussing the needs of our autistic children she was dismissive and said things like “they won’t be the only autistic kids there”. The new mediator was shocked at her methods and had a motto that everything that needs to be discussed can be discussed in the session. We wasted thousands in Felicia and when we went to move to another mediator, Felicia has barely any of our paperwork done even though she charged us for the work on it. Unfortunately, we aren’t the only ones with this experience. I just didn’t dig deep enough into reviews before choosing her.

I came to them for help on recommendation and I was ignored left on the back burner and lied to then one day out of the blue they sent the remainder of my retainer back to me in a check when I payed in cash with no explanation why or what was going on I expressed my concern and have still been ignored completely I would never recommend them and I wish I was not pointed in their direction

Was transferred here after our attorney retired. Awful experience from beginning to end. He was late to our first meeting in his own office, that should've been a clue. I saw how he spoke to me versus men & felt that he treated me differently & condescendingly because of my age & gender (32 & female). Communication was unsatisfactory, I felt ignored as I waited on a waitlist for a year & a half. The second the final check cleared communication was immediately cut off. Save yourself a headache & find an attorney that will make you feel valued.
