Not a simple case but with successful outcomes. Arguments were researched, well thought out and documented. A personal injury firm was looking to include me as a defendant in an accident case. Being the father of the primary defendant and having provided the funds to purchase the vehicle involved the verdict could have gone either way. The case was tried by a jury and I was released.
