Bryon is a class act, he is not interested in fighting just to increase your bill, and add unnecessary stress, and practices with ethics and honesty being at the at forefront of all his interactions. Even with running in to a few hiccups along the way with the opposing counsel, in the end he was able to find a way to make the ending of my marriage as amicably as possible, while still keeping the over all best interest in myself and the children. I recently hired Bryon to handle my divorce and a restraining order against me. Not only did he help get the restraining order dismissed he helped tremendously getting our uncontested resolution finalized. Bryon was not only enormously helpful in getting my charge reduced, he was also knowledgeable and informative, offering me excellent legal counsel in a calming manner that also helped me through the stress of being in court.

Bryon handled my speeding ticket issued by the Washington State Patrol. One week prior to my court date he called and informed me of the major discrepancies in this case, and left me feeling at ease of a possible win. On my way to court I got a call stating that Bryon was running behind because of another case in another county, which gave me a great amount of anxiety. However before I got too worked up, I was informed that the court had been already called and informed of the situation and that I had nothing to worry about. Of course unforeseen occurrences are bound to happen, and I was highly impressed with the procedures set in place in the event of these occurrences. Bryon did arrive not too long after court began, and my case ended up being heard last (due to the tardiness) however he professionally proved that the trooper waited way beyond the allotted time to file this ticket and the case was dismissed. The only other thing that I think could help Bryon be an even better attorney is to work on his public speaking and confidence in the court room, I felt he was just as nervous as I was while presenting the evidence to the judge, which I think he will overcome with more time and experience, he has great potential and is a great asset to the Callahan Law Firm.
