I destroyed our family's SUV heading up to Snoqualmie to go skiing. Going under 45, roads were clear, hit an icy patch, lost traction, and slid sideways into a tanker truck. I was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Dan supports my Microsoft legal plan, so I decided to give him a try. I was thoroughly impressed with Dan's work. Very responsive to emails and calls. Very proactive in telling me what to expect in each phase, when I needed to take any action, etc. He even reached out the day before my court date reminding me that it was happening, and that I did not need to attend. Ticket was dismissed. Although I hope it's not needed again, I would absolutely use Dan again if I have another legal issue. He was effective in getting the desired outcome, and very professional and easy to work with.

This review is so well deserved I would rate 6 stars if I could. Dan Samas has helped me out with multiple traffic tickets, with different offenses in different counties and has gotten every ticket fully dismissed or off my record. He recently got a very considerable speeding ticket dismissed and the best part is I didn't personally have to attend court once. Thanks Dan!
