Dan was wonderful, after my car accident I got a ticket and was very anxious to have to stand in from of a judge to ask them to defer it, as this was the first ticket I had ever received. Dan made the process so easy and I honestly did not have to do a single thing. He got the entire ticket dismissed and I paid no court fees. Thank you Dan you truly were so helpful in making this such an easy process!

I received a silly speeding ticket and was concerned about my ability to fight it, having been railroaded by the court system in the past. While the attorney fee is more than the cost of the ticket itself, if you factor in the additional cost to insurance, I’m saving money.
