I got introduced to Dan through employee referrals and great reviews. I hired him for the infraction ticket as the first option since the referrals were reliable. But I was pleasantly surprised beyond that when he patiently listened to me, my case, and queries and responded to by explaining me all the nitty gritties. We didn't have to go to the court and the case was got dismissed. Appreciate his help !!

I read reviews for a lot of attorneys and found that Dan Samas was literally the highest rated. After hiring him, he took care of everything and I didn't even need to show up to court. The best previous lawyers have done for me was change my tickets to non moving violations and/or reduced the fines. So when Dan told me my case was dismissed I was both surprised and delighted. We have reached out to Dan, with every traffic related ticket that we have had. We never had to step inside the court. He handles them great, once he takes over. Every traffic ticket that we had was cancelled or fine reduced drastically. In every case, it was removed from the records so that it doesn not affect insurance.
