The best possible outcome. He successfully dismissed my traffic ticket, and I wasn't owed any money to the court, and honestly, it was more than my expectation. I thought at least may I have to take traffic classes for dismissing the ticket. I would highly recommend Dan Samas for anyone who wants to deal with traffic tickets.

A couple of months ago, I had received one of those camera/photo tickets in the mail for a new system that the city had recently instituted. I had contacted a lawyer I had used in the past and he said that it wasn't worth fighting and not only that flat out refused to help. I was dismayed over this. HOWEVER, that all changed when I met Mr. Samas! After our conversation over the phone, I felt relieved and confident about Mr. Samas taking my case. I got my speeding ticket in March and requested Dan to represent me in the court. He completely guided me through the steps, process and court hearing and my ticket got dismissed now. I received a speeding ticket and hired Dan Samas to represent me to fight the ticket. And before I even had a court date Dan Samas got the ticket completely dropped. Got the ticket on 3-28 hired him on 4-1 and ticket was dropped by 4-8-19. Definitely will be using him again if ever needed I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dan from a friend who previously worked/hired him with a similar case to mine. I had received a speeding ticket in early January from an undercover cop on my way home from Whistler. Given my clean driving record ... it’s been ages/years since I received a speeding ticket ... I didn’t agree with the decision the cop made based off “how fast I was going” or better yet, “how fast the cop got behind me” because the office came out of nowhere and was on my tail. What made the situation more difficult is that I had just switched insurance providers given the new home my fiancée and I purchased and after switching insurance companies. All together, the money spent on Dan’s services were great and I would highly encourage anyone that has received a speeding ticket to work with Dan to resolve your case. He assured me that I didn’t need to be present for the hearing and his communications were excellent. It can’t get any better when your case is dismissed. Dan is the man!

Have worked with Dan a couple of times now. He has always made the process of dealing with traffic tickets very easy and has always gotten mine either reduces or dismissed. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who has a ticket. Having it not get sent to your insurance company is a really big deal (this costs you many times as much as the ticket itself usually). And Dan has always gotten it reduces/dismissed such that the insurance company does not see it.
