I have needed Gary's help with matters involving myself and my Mother. He has always done a great job. He is a man of integrity and character, something not seen that often anymore.

Our family has used Gary's services for several matters over the past 7 years - wills, powers of attorney, selling our home - all were handled professionally and with careful consideration of our family's feelings on what can be emotional issues.

I have needed the services of Mr. Bergan 3 times over the last 20 years. The outcomes were always great. I have sent two of my friends to him over the years and they were equally as happy. Will continue to use Gary exclusively.

I retained Mr. Bergan on a family law case and ended up having to replace him after many tactical and technical errors. The successor attorney did an excellent job, reversing the outcome of the work Mr. Bergan provided. He's a nice enough fellow, just not all that competent. I work with attorneys on a daily basis and am pretty clear on what reasonable expectations should be.

I've used Gary a couple of times over the past 15 years or so. He's been fantastic. I highly recomend him.
