I hired Craig Elkins for a very difficult parenting plan modification case. He has been right by my side every step of the way. I had some problems with my exhusband involving my oldest daughter over the weekend and Craig never left my side. He never took more than 5 minutes to get back to me even though it was a Saturday. My case involves severe parental alienation. It has been very emotional and trying for myself and my children. Craig has been compassionate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the law and my rights as a parent. Since hiring Craig I now have my oldest daughter back at home and am confident he will do whatever is necessary to protect my other childrens best interests as well as my own. On top of everything his fees for service are incredibly reasonable. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I have used Craig Elkins twice for family law cases, pretty much back to back. It was one of the most stressful times of my life. As a single mom, my main concern is to provide for and protect my kids. Craig fought for me, but most importantly, fought for my kids. I couldn't be more thankful for his caring, and aggressive representation. He responded to any questions I had right away; always within 24 hours. Both of my cases were a bit complex. Mr. Elkins did his research in depth, and explained my options to me in detail. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of ( like I had in the past with another attorney). I can tell you, having an attorney like Craig takes away a lot of anxiety and stress! In both cases, I had favorable outcomes, and I couldn't have achieved that without Craig's help. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an attentive, sharp, and thorough attorney.

I contacted Craig Elkins and asked him if he would help me to prepare a letter for my clients; a young couple with a baby on the way and a toddler that were in a sick, mold infested apartment. Mr. Elkins took the project on himself and would not accept payment for his work. He did a great job asking me to gather special evidence and got everything completed within the timeline that we needed. My clients were released from their lease with no hassle from the property management company. He was very compassionate, kind, helpful, generous, thoughtful and a great attorney!

I paid Craig $7000 too, similar story as I read on other accounts here, and his office basically wrote 1 letter for me and advised me to pay back my mortgage, after telling me to stop paying them so Craig could sue for me and get me out of my mortgage. He agreed he needed to pay back the $7000 retainer to me, in writing, but stopped paying after 3 $100 payments.

I followed Mr. Elkins all over Bellevue to find him. Spent the same $7k. I spent two and a half years, 278 phone calls later, all, on my dime. Eight different bank managers. He did nothing with one exception. He told me,"keep doing what your doing." Sounds like he should have been paying me. I found all His employees who as well were culpable. Used car salesmen, mortgage lenders all pretending they were helping us. These were non certified para legals. They were fake too. As well all the office help were either losing their hone and filing bankruptcy. Hmm! I will continue to keep up the pressure, and yes, I will get my money back!!

I gave this Mr Elkins and at the time his buisness Magnum Law Group $7,000 to do a job for me. After a month of waiting i went to his office to check on my progress and they had closed up! what a sinking feeling in my stomach! I tracked down Mr. Elkins via the world wide web and it turns out he lives in a nice big house about 15 minutes from my apartment. After multiple e-mails and sob stories saying he's broke and going to file bankruptcy we signed agreement saying Mr. Elkins will pay me half of the amount only. He told me if he files bankruptcy i would get nothing, so i took the offer. i watch Mr. Elkins through facebook going on vacations and winning golf tournaments for 6 months. Not once replying to my calls or e-mails to him. I contacted the WSBA and after multiple letters i got his licence suspended then i took him to small claims court and WON!! of course to date he still has NOT paid up. Hopefully the Bar Association will keep his licence indefinitely suspended so he cant rip off anyone else.

We engaged the services of Craig Richard Elkins, a few years ago for a mortgage issue. He took our money but we were unable to ever get an accounting of the funds, a copy of our file, or anything else. After a year of getting nowhere we finally filed a grievance with the WA state bar and they have ruled in our favor, suspending his license for one year pending restitution both to us and to other parties who had filed similar grievances against him.

Craig has handeled my personal and business for several years, he has always done a great job and I would highly recomend him

Craig has performed multitude's of work for our companies over the years. We are in the Software development biz. It gets tricky plus our customers are all automotive industry based so staying one step ahead is very important for us.

I would recommend Craig as an attorney to anyone who needs help in the law field. He has done an excellent job in all areas for myself, my family and my business over the last 20 years.

Craig did a Pro Bono for my son when my son was in high school. Jiffy Lube ruined my son's car and did not want to be accountable. Craig is a very caring individual. I later asked him to represent me after I was rear ended in an accident. He is currently representing my daughter through a divorce. I was, unfortunately, rear ended again in March and I will ask for his assistance once again. He is not just a lawyer, he is kind and the way he handles matters shows that he cares.
