I was fortunate to work with Dan Samas, who came highly recommended as one of the top traffic attorneys in the Whatcom county. I had received a speeding ticket for briefly going over the speed limit while trying to overtake some cars. Unfortunately, I made a typo with my name when submitting my case details, which caused a document mismatch during the court proceedings. Dan handled everything with incredible professionalism. Even though the error was mine, he went above and beyond to get the hearing rescheduled, attending not just the first hearing where the issue arose but also the second, where he successfully got my ticket dismissed.
