I'm not used to lawyers, but Dan kept everything very easy for me. He handled ambiguity well (I wasn't sure what district my ticket was in at first), was flexible with my payment method, and sent me emails a few days before my court date and called me immediately after he had a result (like, less than an hour). I was nervous and not the easiest client, but there wasn't a single problem or hiccup on his end. Couldn't be more perfect.
