Dan was referred by another attorney who helped my friend to fight a legal case. Boy, I just wished we had known Dan earlier. He is responsive, informative, and highly organized and efficient. He made our case dismissed with little involvement from us and kept us informed throughout the process. He is friendly and superbly capable. I highly recommend Dan if you have traffic tickets!

I needed help with a parking ticket that I considered unfair and the impound fees which I hoped to get refunded. I found and contacted Dan Samas through a listing of local attorneys offered by my employer. Dan responded immediately despite being on the way out of town. He was super professional and cordial from the get-go, setting expectations and providing guidance on the next steps I should take. For a parking ticket + impound case, things got quite complicated: For some reason the court initiated multiple cases and there were multiple audiences. Dan managed everything very well, keeping me up to date and handling all the audiences until a few weeks later, we got the best possible outcome. He did a fantastic job and I am glad I had him on my side. Hopefully I won’t need help like this again, but if I do, I will definitely hire Dan Samas.

Hired Dan to help with the 'use of electronic device' citation I received within 2 weeks after moving to Washington. Dan setup a quick 1 minute phone call to go over the case details and that was pretty much all involvement required from my side throughout the whole process. He worked with the court directly to adjust the hearing date and appeared before the judge to get my ticket dismissed. My presence was not required at any point and Dan proactively kept me up to date on the case developments by email.
