Like almost everyone else here I got a questionable speeding ticket on the highway. You go the speed of traffic then the officer gives you some lame story about going easy on you by only writing the ticket for 5 over. Hard to beat a 65 mph ticket when you tell the judge you were going 66. I heard about Dan when I fought my last ticket. One of his attorneys showed up quoted some obscure Washington code and the prosecutor tucked their head beneath heir tale and admitted to the judge they didn't have evidence and the ticket was dismissed all in the span of about 30 seconds. I ended up beating that ticket on my own testimony but the lost wages from missing work encouraged me to look for an attorney. Dan is a little cheaper than Jeannie Mucklestone so he was an obvious choice for me. After he got the ticket dismissed he gave me a personal phone call to let me know the result which I thought was a nice touch. If you can't afford to have a ticket on your record go to Dan. It's not cheap but neither is raised insurance rates.
