When I arrived to look at the property Michael was cleaning the hot tub himself get it ready for our family among the many other things that needed to be done. Thea has done a fantastic job for me. She took over a building that had a vacancy going on 3 months and within a week she had it rented. Thea communicates well, is a hard worker and will take care of your property like it's hers. I'm very satisfied with her professionalism and work ethic.

Buying a home?? Jennifer is Defiantly the one to talk to, she was very professional and polite. Very patient realtor, understood my needs and always was there to help. Our condo association uses Celski and Associates for bookkeeping and overall property management. Jeff has been great to work with on the books and Thea the same with the governance of our property. I'd recommend to any other association.

I have multiple rental properties and have been completely remodeling one by one as they become vacant. I was displeased with previouse management. How ever I had personal experience with Celski on a property that I rented from Celski. I have since contracted them and Mike Corrado has been managing them . I could not be more pleased with the professional way they are handled. Also, Having on staff accountants and an on staff attorney makes them very effective.

When we signed the lease Celski agent Jennifer June told us the landlord would take care of the yard or take $50/ month off the rent and have us do it. Once we moved in she said the landlord (illegally) decided we should do it for free, but he would buy us a mower. He never bought the mower. When we moved in the "yard" was nothing but rocks and 3ft tall weeds. We never touched the yard, and now that we moved out they have (again illegally) taken an extra $100 dollars from our deposit for the yard. We have documentation that we were promised not to have to take care of the yard, and our lease says nothing whatsoever about the yard. I have tried three times to get my money back, but Jason Celski has (quite rudely and without explanation) refused. They flat stole our money. While living there we told them we would not allow anyone at our home without us present, and that we expected the legally required two days notice. They repeatedly ignored this and sent workers to the house without notifying us many times. Once my wife had a panic attack when she was taking a nap in our bedroom only to be woken up by male voices outside our sliding glass door. During the worst heat wave of the year our ac broke and they refused to fix it until I had to miss a day of work to go sit in their office until they got it fixed. We were without ac for 9 days, which is a feature of the house we rented. They refused to prorate our rent, even though I never would have rented a house with no ac. All in all they were the worst landlords I've had.

Mike Corrado was great to work with. He was easy to work with while I was opening my own business and he found me the best spot and really made sure my questions were answered. The whole staff is easy to work with and I really appreciate working with them.

Thea Likens with Celski & Associates has made my experience very smooth. I love having a property manager that will get back to you quickly as Thea does. She takes good care of me and I appreciate it. I've had a great experience so far with Celski & Associates overall thank you.
