I went into Celski and Associates looking for a property to move into, there were no property managers in the office but their receptionist was very sweet and extremely helpful. She proceeded to walk me through their website and explain to me every detail of the properties they did have available for move in. She was clear, concise, and offered to take messages for any and all properties that I would be interested in. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would she is an amazing, welcoming, and sweet asset to that company with great customer service skills. If I ever see a property that fits my families needs I will definitely go to Celski and Associates.

Jennifer June was a great person to deal with and rent under. She always took care of maintenance requests and worked with me whenever situations arose for immediate repairs or needs. She responded in a timely manner to all calls and requests and always did her best to care for the property and tenants..I highly recommend seeing her for any rental or home buying needs!

Celski and Associates took over the management of the HOA of which I am an officer. I find them to be very supportive of our needs. My primary interaction has been with Carolyn Celski, the leader of property management arm of the business and Jeff Spelgatti, Celski's in house accountant. They have been very professional and service oriented. Carolyn is always responsive to my calls and requests with cheerful, same day call backs. Jeff has gone way beyond what I would have expected in handling some very difficult problems with our software vendor. His accounting support is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was new to the area and stumbled upon Cleski & Associates. I worked with Thea Likens who found me an awesome place in my price range (which is hard in the tri city's). Thea has been extremely helpful throughout the process and after. Anytime I have a question she is quick to respond. (I've delt with other rental companies were quick contact is not the case. I normally have trouble getting a hold of rental compies.) Thea and Celski & Assciates have been awesome, everyone I've spoken to has been polite and helpfull. I had an issue with my rental and she contacted someone right away and got it fix very fast. When I move again I will be using Thea and Celski & Associates. Rent or buy from them guy and gals. Great people to work with.

Thea Likens was highly recommended by a friend who has her manage their rental property. My husband and I were looking at buying investment rental properties so we contacted her. She is now our realtor and we are in the process of several real estate deals. We look forward to having her manage our properties as well. She knows the law when it comes to rentals, which is very important to us. We are very impressed with Thea's professionalism and the high level of customer service she provides!

I cannot say enough great things about Gladys Delgado, an agent with Celski and Associates. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, and such a joy to work with. She has assisted me with property related issues multiple times and I always look forward to utilizing her services. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent (for buying OR selling) or Property Manager for your rental units, Gladys should be your go-to. She has incredible customer service and knows exactly how to handle any situation that may arise.

Gladys Delgado manages my Fathers properties and we are extremely satisfied with her. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish and always keeps my Father up to date on anything going on with his properties. Gladys is very attentive and kind she is definitely an amazing asset to Celski and Associates Inc. If you are looking to rent out your properties Ms. Gladys Delgado would be a smart choice!

My family was recently looking for a rental and working with Mike.. wow! He has some serious work ethic and was very timely and professional. I truly appreciate his willingness to do what was needed to help us out!

Ive recently just moved back to Washington, I found this place with Celski & Associates inc. I was impressed with a call back from Jennifer June. She was very quick responsive and helped me with my move in! If I can give her 6 stars I would, because how professional and organized she is. She also told me I can call her about any problems or any concerns that I have . I feel really comfortable at my new place .

If I could put zero stars I would. I rented a commercial property through Celski and had a horrible experience. The heat didn't work for a month straight. I had to call twice a week for 4-5 weeks just to get someone to fix it. My clients in the mean time were freezing. I had to buy a heater to keep them warm. About a year after leaving their rental property I called to ask about a residential unit. (I was hesitant because of my previous experience with them but then thought I should give them another chance) I spoke with the real estate agent who was in charge of that particular unit. She said we could meet the next day. So the next day I text and called to let her know I was on my way to the unit. I waited for about 15 min after our scheduled appointment time. I began to realize that the agent wasn't going to show up. I then called the main office and spoke with the front desk girl. I explained what was going on. She then called the agent and then called me again saying the agent was taking a test that day and was unavailable. Not sure why she would have scheduled a viewing if she wasn't available. I was of course irritated by this point. I told her to have the agent call me ASAP. This was on a Friday. I waited until Tuesday the following week to call again because of course the agent never called back. I had not heard from the agent by Wednesday so I called and spoke with a manager. She tried to talk over me and make excuses for her agent. I told her that I will never use celski and associates again. I also explained that I would do my best to tell people about my experience. I hope everyone else has had a better experience but I can say that as a professional I will never use a business that runs like they do.

Thea Likens.manages my property and I am very pleased with her. She handles everything, keeps me informed, and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her. Quite frankly, she is the. best property manager I've had.
