I currently am a tenant of Celski and Associates Inc. and have been very satisfied with their professionalism and attentiveness to any of my concerns. Melissa helped me find a rental in the area I was looking, and made the move in process extremely easy. I'm in the middle of looking for a house and she's been extremely helpful and I'll definitely be using her as an agent.

My husband and I have worked with Celski & Associates over the past ten years. Our experience has been great with them. Our property manager Thea has done a wonderful job managing our properties. We recently put two homes for sale and Thea had them sold with in 60 days. It has been a true pleasure working with Thea and the Celski Team. We highly recommend Celski & Associates for any of your Property management and Real Estate needs.

Celski and Associates was recently hired to manage the Creekstone HOA. At first I questioned why our property management company hired another company to do their work... but after a few interactions with Carolyn I am very happy that they did. She has been more than helpful and shows way more interest in helping than the previous company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

I enjoy Celski & Associates' prompt response to issues, thorough reporting, and proactive tenant management. Turnovers are quick, tenants are treated fairly and appreciate the high quality standards for care of their homes.

We have been clients with Celski & Associates for over a dozen years. We have found their property managers to be responsive, attentive to our needs as the homeowner as well as to our tenants. We have not had an unhappy tenant, nor one that didn't always pay their rent on time. We are very pleased with the personal service we receive from Celski & Associates.

Jonathan from Celski manages my two rental properties in Richland, and he does an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. He handles small problems independently and efficiently, and consults me on bigger repairs. The renters he chooses are excellent, and the rent is always deposited by the tenth of the month. I own other properties in other states and he is head and shoulders above the other managers. I recommend Jonathan and the Celski team very highly.

Celski and Associates and specifically Carolyn have been amazing. They're incredibly helpful, kind and flexible. We rented a condo in West Richland from them and the process was quick and smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again, by far the best property management company I've worked with in the Tri-Cities area.

I am a current tenant with Celski and Associates and love them. Their staff is really outgoing and easy to get along with. I had a few issues with my garbage disposal but it was taken care of. I would rent from them again if I don't stay in my apartment now.

A breath of fresh air! Superior attention to detail. Willing and able to tackle the challenging aspects of multi-family property management. They have lived up to their claim that they would treat my properties like their own. They are bringing in needed repairs and turnover outlays below my expected costs. My "owner's distribution" checks much higher than those tendered by previous management. I am VERY satisfied.

Purchased a house with this company. After lots of looking, my Realtor helped me find a custom build. She was with me every step of the way and she helped me negotiate a great deal!
Carolyn even came to my first few meetings with the contractor to be sure I was comfortable and getting what I really wanted.
I'm happy to say I'm all moved in and loving the home she helped me find. I couldn't have asked for a better team!
