Breanna Roll has been beyond amazing. She helped us get into a place and was more then understanding and accommodating to our special needs toddler. She is very down to earth and just a genuine soul, we are very thankful to her to have a spot to call home, if your looking for someone to either buy, sell or even rent, Breanna is definitely your girl, she has gone above and beyond for us and we appreciate her so much.

We use Jill as our HOA management contact and she is wonderful. She listens to the needs of the board and community to get things done. She has great contacts throughout the city to make quotes on repairs happen, and is very responsive. I'm super happy we switched over to Jill!

If you're thinking about doing business with this company I would highly recommend you consider going with another real estate company. I was scammed out of the $45 dollar application fee by the agent Chalane Thai and ignored pretty much immediately after they received the money. They mislead potential clients into believing that they're going to be approved for the home then stop taking your calls after they've gotten the fee. If you're not interested in wasting your hard earned money on an application fee scam avoid this place. They continue to accept multiple application fees for homes they have already approved for other tenants. In my opinion this is an extremely unethical practice .

I highly recommend working with Melissa and Chay. I worked with them selling my house and purchasing a new one. In today’s market, selling and buying at the same time is not for the weak. I can’t thank them enough for being there when there was bumps in the road throughout the sell process and then buying. For one of the biggest and most stressful times of your life, you want to make sure you have good realtors on your side who will guide you and communicate thought-out the whole process. I am so happy to have had them when times got tough, but they never gave up!
