Pros
1
Competent and honest legal representation
“His consultation was honest and laid everything out perfectly. Peyman was in trial with me and fought hard - asking the right questions. He is very competent and does not make any misrepresentations.”
2
Responsive and accessible to clients
“The greatest part of it all, Mr. Younesi is in personal contact with his clients - no waiting for appointments (text or call anytime).”
3
Successful in achieving favorable outcomes
“the jury was out less than one hour and they found me not guilty.”
Cons
1
Lack of preparation and organization
“Probably about 6 to 10 people. Each case seemed to be unprepaired. Mumbling and shuffling papers, did not seem to know what was going with any of his clients.”
2
Delayed court appearances and lack of communication
“Went to my son's first hearing wich started at 9. My son did not see the judge until 11. Without taking 2 mins. to at least talk to my son, he was setting the next court date 4 weeks out and didnt ask for any conditons of release or lower bail.”
3
Lack of client-focused approach
“Peyman may be a great lawyer in other fields but when it comes to defense expect his work to be a little sloppy and unprepared. We are on our 4th and last continuance and my partner hopes hes not thrown in jail because peyman might not be prepared enough to defend against this.”
