Moulton Law Offices, Kennewick, was recommended to us by a friend. It was by coincidence that the very next day we received, in the mail, an "invitation" to sign up and attend one of the law office's informational seminars. Mike Gunning's presentation regarding living trusts answered many of our questions and posed even more questions specific to our situation. A follow-up meeting addressed those questions and our personal concerns. The documents for our living trust were completed in a timely manner. Jenny and Tiffany, in the Kennewick office, kept in contact prior to signing. It was at signing that we were especially impressed with the knowledge, expertise, professionalism and patience Jenny shared with us. Looking back, we were quite overwhelmed but the entire process was made much more comfortable for us, thanks to this wonderful team in the Kennewick office.

Our appointment with Jenny was great. She explained everything in language that we could understand. She was professional and warm. Awesome job.

Alan is extremely unprofessional and does not counsel his clients well. In one interaction I had with him at the courthouse, I was pointing out a discrepancy between what he was telling me and what the actual order said. He slapped my hand away and when I called him out in the courtroom, he went off and the judge had to tell him to stop talking. I e-mailed him in regards to something his client was doing on a Saturday, and boy was that a mistake. Rather than waiting to respond, or responding professionally, Mr. Tindell started degrading me via e-mail. He also advised my ex not to FaceTime his children at all, claiming they “don’t understand FaceTime and his grandchildren are 7 and 3 and stay in the frame at most 15 seconds”… my children are much younger but very much so understand FaceTime and stay in the frame for an entire 10 minute call. When I pointed this out to him, he lost it and threatened to block me from communicating any other way than mail. He does not like to be called out when he is wrong and will lose his temper on you regardless of who is around. His temper clouds his ability to be of good counsel. Review his BAR complaints and watch his conduct in court before you hire him.

It was great getting to meet here in the Tri-Cities instead of having to travel to Spokane. Jenny, who works in this office, is so easy to work with. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. She answered all of our questions, and consequently, we left with a better understanding of the document than we have ever had.

Alan has been my lawyer since I was 18, fighting for my daughter. He has always been a good lawyer and will tell you how it is straight up and the the extent of the law. I would recommend him to other people.

If you're ever in a position where you need an attorney I highly suggest using William Edelblute. He worked very hard for a successful outcome, clarified any questions I had and showed up when he didn't have to

I met with Jenny three times. Every appointment is a great experience! She listens, answers some very sensitive questions and gives very needed advices. She is very knowledgeable and flexible. I don't know who would be better dealing with my concerns. Will definitely recommend Moulton Law!

Jenny was so helpful. She explained everything as we went through the binder and signed. She also answered all the questions that we had. She said that if we needed anything just email her as it was the best way to get ahold of her.
