A brief response to reviews by Jones & PB. PB sounds like he had a criminal case---I don't do them so he's not referring to me. Jones has never been a client of mine nor have I ever met him. I did represent his wife and he did not like the outcome of the case. He likes to file bogus ethics claims, though and his ethics claim was completely rejected by the Wash. St. Bar Ass'n. J. Sanchez did not pay me the $ she alleges and what money she did pay me was completely refunded to her 20 days after she originally retained me. Regarding K. Fultz's "review": I represented her husband in their divorce case. She is well-known to the court system as an abuser of the legal process. She has filed or has had filed against her over a dozen restraining orders, she has a criminal record that dates from her teens to now. I believe she is currently facing criminal charges for violation of the restraining order in the case I helped her husband in. I believe these charges were brought in Yakima Co. District Court in Dec. 2024 In my opinion she is a very troubled person. No one, and I repeat, no one, should take anything she says seriously. Regarding L. Miner's review, I briefly represented her in 2013. Her "review" has no basis in fact. Anyone who bothers to take the time to look through the publicly available records of her case will agree.

Getting things done.......

We recently needed to update our trust agreements and were very pleased with the services Loren Eddy provided. We would certainly recommend him to others.

Jenny was great! The entire Moulton law team have been very efficient and we had no surprise on the final price or finished product. Attorney Mike Gunning did an outstanding job of explaining the entire process, advantages and issues if you choose not to get a living trust. To us it was no question that it was the right thing! The local Kennewick office was perfect for us, because I don’t think we would have made it to Spokane and we need a local contact.

I really appreciated that Jenny spent so much time going through the most important parts of our paperwork. It was especially nice that she shredded the documents that were no longer needed in our binder!!!!! Thank you Jenny!

Jenny Hubbard was very helpful in setting up our Trust, and she answered all questions. She is an expert in inheritance issues. Our session was a lot more than just signing papers. We really got good help.

A walking ethics violation. This guy is dishonest as they come. Currently under review by the Washington State Bar.

Jenny, thank you for all you time, patience and understanding during our visit with you today.
