I am so happy to have found Alisheva law firm. Everyone has been so helpful . I was able to receive my work and travel permit less than a year… her and her staff are amazing!!!

I’m writing this on my dad’s behalf. My father has been in the US since 1995. After 29 years in this country, he has lived in fear that he could be deported. We tried multiple lawyers, and they all would tell us it would take 5+ years and he would have to leave the country. I came across a TikTok of Alisheva, and it instantly brought me to tears seeing families just like us being able to go back to their country, as I did my research, I also noticed all her 5-star reviews and all the proof that she would post on Instagram. Till this day, I remember her telling us that in her whole career, she’s never had a case get denied, and she said she would never take a case that she thinks would get denied. She told us the process would take around 6–9 months for my father to receive work and travel permits, and she did not lie!!!! My dad can finally go back to Mexico. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Maria Gallegos whom was deported back in 2007. She has been in the US for 29 years hard working woman. My family and I were so hesitant on looking for a lawyer afraid they would deny her case. I found Alisheva on Tiktok and would cry looking at the videos wishing my mom could be one of them. So last year in February we finally decided on opening her case still afraid but went for it, june 2023 my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently battling it but now she has a lot of hope and reason to not back down because she has been APPROVED, yesssssss Alisheva made my mothers dream come true and we will be forever grateful for that. After my mom kicks cancers butt we will be taking her to Mexico. THANK YOU!!!!!!! (if i could give 10 stars i would)

Gracias a la abogada Alisheva ya me llegó mi permiso de trabajo y mi permiso de poder viajar. Después de varios años de estar con otro abogado y mi caso no se movía para nada, pero ya nomás me contacté con la señora Alisheva y en menos de un año me pudo aprobar. Todo su equipo es muy amable. Don't know where to start!! She has done what many other lawyers said was impossible!! She was able to help me obtain my Green card(U.S. Residency) without even having to leave the U.S. That was one of my major fears having to go to Juarez and not be able to come back to my family. The process was so smooth even though I am located in Texas she made it so easy and took about 2 and half years .She is amazing I will forever be grateful for her and her team! I definitely recommend her if you are having problems. She will get the job done !! She deserves 100 stars!
