Please bear with me as this will be a little lengthy. First off I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to all of the lovely ladies working here. You guys have been nothing but wonderful, dedicated, hardworking and amazing ! My husband and I have started his immigration case back in 2019 with a different lawyer in California ( as we were living there at the time). Long story short the original lawyer in Ca we were working with at the time had left that law firm and no one had informed us. We were in lieu for a while until I started asking questions. I kept getting the same excuse that COVID was slowing the process down- which I understood. It was reasonable given the circumstances but after months and months of the same excuse I started putting a bit more pressure on them. After about 2 years like that, I decided to call the quits with that lawyer. I was looking online one day and came across Alisheva Law on social media and instantly I knew they were going to help. I don’t know how to explain but I just had a gut feeling. I set up a consult with them and we got the process started. Alisheva Law made (excuse my language) sh-t happen. We start the process with them in April 2022 and I just received notice that my husband’s case is approved and he is now a legal resident! Alisheva law made it happen in a little less than a year! I’m so so so so happy with their service they are prompt, very communicative and super professional! I want to point out that I never met these lovely ladies in person. So for them to literally make this happen in not only less than a year and the fact that they haven’t met us, and we are out of state from where they are located is nothing short than amazing. I also don’t want to set the expectation that everyone’s case will be said and done as quick as our situation but just know that Alisheva law gets stuff done, and they will tell you up front if they can or can’t help you.

Definitivamente recomiendo a la abogada Alisheva y a su equipo por ayudarme en mi proceso y conseguirme mi permiso de trabajo y viaje en muy poco tiempo, después de 20 años podré volver a visitar mi Mexico.
