Thanks for everything I been waiting to go back to were I was born for 19 years now I can finally go after 4 months of applying with Alisheva everything was so fast I did not expect it this soon but I’m soo happy I went with her I recommend her 100% you won’t regret it. Alisheva and all her workers r amazing they text , email and always reply fast .

I found Aliya through tik tok and was a bit skeptical in the beginning. As time went by and I continued to see how many people she helped, I decided to give her a shot. Aliya and everyone at the office are thorough and have made this process less nerve wracking! I’m so glad I put my trust in them because they’ve given me the opportunity to have a life here in the states without having to leave to Mexico. I’ve been here all my life and it’s all I know. Después de casi 35 años en los Estados Unidos, mi madre trabajadora pudo sorprender a toda su familia en México la semana pasada. Fue un sueño hecho realidad. Sólo tardó 5 meses en recibir el permiso de trabajo y viaje y actualmente pendiente de residencia. ¡Gracias a Aliya y su equipo por hacer realidad este sueño! No hubo problemas ni preguntas adicionales al regresar a los EE. UU.

God is good!! He blessed me by putting the best immigration lawyer in my path! I have consulted 2 lawyers that said I don’t have a chance to fixed my papers, and the day I talk to Mrs Alisheva she gave me hope and I felt like I can trust in her, I wasn’t wrong! Now I’m receiving my work permit and my social security number! I thank you and your team so much!! Now I can live with out fear anymore and I can have a job! We are just at the beginning of our journey with the team at Alisheva Law and from the very beginning they have been nothing but kind, professional and compassionate. I wish we had found them sooner. I look forward to the near future when my mom can receive good news and I highly trust Alisheva law in everything they do. Update: 5/8/2023. My mom got approved for her work permit! This is HUGE. We never thought we would get to this point after being told we had no case by lawyers in the past. Thank you so much to the Alisheva law team. Now we are waiting to see if she is going to be approved to be able to travel back to her home country, praying for good news
