I've heard of many lawyers who will say you have a case even if you do not qualify, which is unfortunate. BUT! with Aliya, she is very honest from the start, she told me my options and which route she thought was best to go with, I feel very comfortable being in the hands of a great lawyer! 100% recommend.......That a few months ago I didnt think this would actually happen and now after more than 20 years you will be traveling to your home town!

Sooo grateful for Alisheva Law Firm!!! They're wondering for years I visited several immigration office and No one seem to help or find a way to assist my case and thankfully I came across this law firm and they helped me with the whole process. super blessed to say I have a finally a work permit and can travel thank you so much.

When we first met Aliya we had lost hope. We had spoken to two lawyers and both did not give us hope. We had thought that the only way out was for my husband to leave the country as he was in removal proceedings. Aliya was the last lawyer I had on my list to call. I remember feeling defeated as I had just left a consultation with another lawyer that had given us no hope. When I talked to Aliya on the phone and told her our plans (for my husband to leave the country) she said somewhere along the lines of no wait you need him he’s your husband he can’t leave. Words cannot express how grateful I was to finally hear a voice that actually cared. When I met Aliya for the first time and she told us her story I knew then she was the right lawyer for us. There’s nothing like having a lawyer on your side that has been through the immigration process themselves to understand what you are going through. Our case was a hard one but thanks to Aliya my husband finally has his visa approved!!! I recommend Aliya 1000% to anyone looking for a great honest caring lawyer.

RREAD TO THE END. THE ENDING IS A GREAT ONE! For what she did, the price was very steep. Granted she got the job done no problems but a better attitude would have been better. She seems to have a chip on her shoulder even towards those who pay her bills, pay her rent, car payments and put food on her table namely her customs. She even had the audacity to tell me she's going to fire me, her client. Attitude, attitude, attitude. Perhaps bad attitude is why she can't keep assistants. She got the job done, though. AFTER I PUT THE REVIEW, SHE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND APOLOGIZED. THAT MERITS A CONFIRMATION OF HER GOOD CHARACTER AND A GENUINE INTEREST IN HER DEALINGS WITH HER CLIENTS. I WISH HER WELL AND AGAIN SHE GETS THE JOB DONE.

Aliya and her staff were great with getting my father his residency card, they were always there to answer any questions we had and made it possible for this to happen while staying in the country when we were told by other lawyers that would not be possible, thank you Alisheva Law for everything.
