Eric is an exceptional lawyer and person. He provided great advice through out my deal, helped negotiate issues with the seller, and provided analysis on the risk of each situation. Furthermore, Eric was prompt in his responses and in getting the due diligence and closing docs done in time! Another thing that makes Eric stick out from the rest, is his use of software. Eric utilizes his own portal to store all your documents, invoices and sets up a slack with you to facilitate quick communication.
