I reached out to the amazing people at Ritchie-Reiersen after my family and I were involved in a pretty bad car accident. I had never dealt with any kind of lawsuit and they helped me every step of the way, making sure to explain everything in detail to me before it happened. With any lawsuit, it takes time, but I received calls with updates every couple of weeks to keep me in the loop. I was also pregnant at the time of my accident and they would always check up on me and my baby! They really make you feel like you matter, I couldn’t have asked for a better team! With every offer I received, my team made sure it was the best offer we could get, and if it wasn’t, they fought until I got the very best! My case is now closed and I got enough money to pay off my debt and buy my sons some new clothes and shoes. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else!

They are the worst attorney ever

I schedule an appointment for 3/18. When the receptionist called me a day before to confirm my appointment she was vey rude. She asked me what was the appointment for so they can have a brief summary of my appointment so I explained myself about my case. She did not let me finish and asked me "do you want the appointment YES or NOT?? "that was very very rude, I asked for her name and she denied to gave it to me. I don't doubt this is a good place but maybe the front desk can be a little bit nicer. BTW I end it up cancelling my appointment.
