The first thing this guy said to me: "I know you were drinking and driving" and i have to laugh because the truth is i was sober. I was experiencing medical problems......and when my blood alcohol came back it was zero. Haha!

Best in town, Tim Hamill is an excellent attorney. He fought for me every step of the way. His staff was phenomenal. They were part of my family in the care and advice they gave me. 472 days and still open... you going to lecture me about patience again?.... how are you people still in business?

I was a client of Mr. Bothwell for almost 6 years. Mr. Bothwell and his assistants, most notably Christina, always treated me fairly and with respect and kindness in those nearly 6 years of being a client. My case was not favorable in the end, it went all the way to federal level with a second hearing, and I do not doubt that I would not have been able to go through this whole process without all of their help!
