We were involved in a construction contract dispute involving an unlicensed, underqualified, unresponsive and untrustworthy contractor who, among other things, filed a frivalous lien on our project. Fortunately for us, we retained Ms. Foster to handle this situation. She immediately communicated with the contractor's attorney and within weeks the lien was removed and the matter resolved in our favor.
