Ms. Hunter is a well-connected (i.e. resourceful) attorney, old-schooled (think RBG, kind, balanced approach to law), thorough, transparent, and timely. My one advice for prospective clients is while you should make your own choices, listen and weigh carefully to what she advises — as she will present the law you as it will possibly be.

After interviewing a number of lawyers for my divorce I chose Jason for his directness and honesty about the situation. Throughout the divorce process, the opposing attorneys tried to introduce external issues irrelevant to the divorce in an effort to prejudice the court against me. Jason made sure only relevant issues were considered, and we came out ahead every time Jason worked hard to get an equitable settlement, working with the mediator to toss out ridiculous requests from the opposing party, and come to a reasonable agreement. I always felt Jason had my best interests in every discussion with the opposition, and set my expectations appropriately even if the outcome might not be favorable to me. Thank you Jason!

I came to Kim with a very sensitive case involving my children. She was very knowledgeable about the law and kind to me considering the circumstances. She was prompt with any questions I had and very reasonable with her fees. She was able to negotiate an even better outcome that I would have thought possible. If you need a Family Law Attorney – CALL JASON. Trust me, you will not regret it. I had a consultation with him this afternoon concerning a child support issue, and I cannot praise his knowledge, candor, and expertise enough. He is also surprisingly humorous and easy to talk to. As someone who has had numerous consults with other Attorney’s leading up to speaking with Jason, I can attest to the fact that he is an incredibly rare find. Although through our consultation I discovered that it will likely be a couple of years before I need an Attorney, you better believe that he will be my first phone call when that day comes.

Jason is a knowledgeable family law attorney. He was very responsive and easy to work with through out my divorce process. I called Kim Hunters law office to review my wrongful conviction misdemeanor case. Without any explanation she denied helping me. Not a good experience with her.

Kim was a great attorney. From the first phone conversation I felt like we were in good hands. We never felt judged in any way and she was always available to answer our questions. My husband's case took a year and she was with us the whole time and in the end he was given a reduced charge.we felt like she was fighting for us and was understanding.
