The Most Honest Attorney I have Ever Worked With !!! I had a prior Bankruptcy in which a new IRS tax collector had illegally garnished my Bank Of America Account . Because this agent was young and incentive driven she ignored the evidence presented before her. Jennifer Gellner was a fierce Bulldog in revealing the facts to this agent and demanded a cease order in her undocumented efforts to garnish my banking accounts. My case was closed and my funds were returned I immediately closed my account with Bank of America after this was resolved. I am forever grateful to Jennifer Gellner for having the strength to fight for justice and fairness . I am an African American Ob-Gyn Physician (Retired) .
