Skilled, experienced, compassionate and ferocious. That is Karen Scudder. I didn’t think I needed an attorney. Boy! Was I wrong! I was concerned about frivolous law suits, but after having to replace my vehicle and exhausting my personal injury coverage I still wasn’t okay. I prayed about it and started looking at attorney reviews. I was so blessed to find Greaney-Scudder! From the first meeting with Karen Scudder a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Not only did she and her team take the burden of having to know the ins and outs of law and insurance, they advocated for me in many other ways…supporting me in finding the right doctors and encouraging me when hope for recovery failed. They freed me from the day to day stress and worry of my claim and pointed me to resources I wasn’t even aware I had. They checked on me and fought for me. If you want a skilled, knowledgeable, professional group of partners fighting to ensure you are treated fairly and that justice was being served Greaney-Scudder is the place to be.

If I could give karen and her team 10 stars I would. I was in a horrible car accident and during that time in my life, I was dealing with so many issues, problems, and overall difficulties because of the accident. There was one shining light and helpful aspect during that time for me which was Karen and her team at the law firm. Karen specifically but also the rest of her team was so helpful and fought for me every step of the way. Not only did they get me paid out to help me financially, but the level of stress that they were able to take off of my plate I could not put a value on. I had the absolute privilege of being Karen's client after a rather harrowing accident and I could not be more grateful. Attorney Karen Scudder of the Greaney Scudder Law Firm is amazing, remarkable, outstanding, etc.…!!! I very rarely write a review. My experience with this law firm certainly warranted one. I am in no way affiliated with this law firm other than I am now their loyal client. I was in a bizarre car accident as a pedestrian. Multiple pedestrians were hit and sustained varying degrees of injuries. It was recommended to me that I seek legal representation due to the complexity of the incident. A friend reached out to me and recommended Karen Scudder. I contacted Karen and explained my situation. During my conversation with her I concluded she was the one. I was impressed with the breadth and depth of her knowledge. She was clearly experienced and well educated. I provided her with details of the accident, contacts, doctors information, etc. She took it from there. My involvement thereafter was minimal. I did not have to deal with bills, insurance companies, or any legalities for which I was surely not qualified. She and her staff took great care of me. She represented me with confidence, intelligence, thoroughness, and with care. She and her staff kept me up-to-date on their progress with the case as they diligently kept the ball rolling. They claim to rep with tort claims but the only deal with car accidents and have a very small area in what they actually handle. They transfered my call to their lawyer for a referal and then hung up the phone on me instead of answering my call.

I highly recommend Greaney Scudder Law Firm. I've never needed a lawyer before, but when I got t-boned, a family friend recommended I get a lawyer so I didn't get ripped off by the insurance companies. I'm so glad I did. Karen was helpful, honest, and gave me a realistic timeline (it took about a year). Her hard work and experience was very much appreciated because she knows the legal system and what I could expect from the settlement BEFORE they even offered. She's wonderful and I 100 percent recommend Karen and her legal team! She really helped me and my family during a stressful time!
