He may be a good lawyer but he’s defending a piece of garbage chase jones. Who totaled 3 cars in 11 months and going to say “he’s not out stealing cars, or running around with a gun”. Stealing a car is better than killing a family going 112 after already totaling 2 cars. CLEARLYYY he doesn’t care and is a white kid believes. “I can do what I want and get a slap on the wrist”

I hired Brad for serious allegations. He is a very intelligent attorney. He clearly showed his professionalism and very impressed with his team. I would recommend my friends and family in need of difficult times to protect their innocence. I am at ease now as they have helped me. Great guy!

Brad Barshis, at best, will do the same for you as a public defender. Paid nearly $9,000 just to get the title of the crime changed, from (first) DUI to Reckless Driving. All consequences the same; jail time, $1000 fine, alcohol treatment, blow and go, SR22, suspended license, etc. Don't waste your money. Keep your cash to pay for said consequences. Also, major lack of communication. The attorney is very difficult to contact and had little to no knowledge about my case or my situation and didn't care or give time to understand.

If you have a civil case & you're a man who's being messed up by his Ex, then you better hire a tough female lawyer - women swing election votes for elected judges & all other elected officials who only care about their paycheck & re-elections. Attorney Brad took 5k in advance from me & i told Newton & Hall that i needed a tough lawyer to represent me since my Ex kept filling false accusations against me just to use a PO for custody. Nothing was done professionally & i kept following up with all the documents & oral info that would help me in my case. The weird thing is: i kept getting ignored after i made the initial payment upfront which was forced on me. it's very sad that our society cares money & material life the most & not children, family & morality.

My wife was accused of a DUI. Brad took the time to explain the legal dense strategy in which driving under the influence could not happen if not driving. He did an extensive undertaking of all the facts related to the case and went the extra mile of consulting us of the process and what to expect. Brads well planned defense illustrated a total lack of evidence against my wife's accusations and was instrumental in a highly biased Judicial Court of Law. His supporting facts and the discredit of the little evidence of the prosecution that was available lead to a trial by jury being dismissed altogether. If it was not for the professionalism, dedication and attention to detail, the trial may have gone extremely poorly for my wife and or plea bargaining would have clearly not been in her best interest. We all win and lose.. this is what life is... unfortunately, my case for protection order against my daughter was a lose.. Mr. Barshis and his office were very professional yet took the time to explain the traffic court process and stayed in touch till resolved . I first sought free advice on Avvo after my son got two tickets for driving over a handicap ramp to park on the lawn of a local park. That's $50 for lawn and $275 for ramp. Since he was only 17 with his ricer car you can imagine our future insurance cost. (I was freaked out cause I have never been even pulled over and my husband would flip out - world war 3) So the free advice said to better get attorney. So the best thing we did was let Mr. Barshis and his fabulous staff help a nervous Nelly mother get thru a crisis by calmly explaining what they could do and what we had to do. So for a reasonable fee (yeah my broke son paid half) the tickets went thru court and Mr. Barshis gave me glorious news -the parking on lawn reduced to $25 and the worst one was totally dismissed. Hired him for a speeding ticket. Was able to answer all my questions promptly and worked with me despite financial/payment issues. He was very friendly and patient. He also was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed. Would hire again and recommend to others.
