I am extremely grateful I chose to work with them and they chose to work with me. Every single person in the office were kind and hard working. They never made me feel embarrassed for the situation I was in and they helped me every step of the way. When I came in to file, I had forgotten a lot of the paperwork and they went above and beyond to assist me getting it all then and there so I wouldn't have to come back a different time. When my check was garnished during the process, they responded very quickly to get it sorted. And I received an email and phone call even to remind me that my payment was due. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who is filing!

I was refereed to Mark and his Team from my original CH-13 Lawyer and ever so thankful he took my case. His team was always very responsive and knowledgeable about the process. Additionally, answered all questions in very layman terms and provided multiple options for resolving my case. I am so grateful for the experience I have had. Everyone treated me so kind,they took time to really explain things to me and always had a smile. I always felt comfortable, never rushed and no question was wrong. Even later if I didn't understand something I was able to call or email and was helped in a very timely manner. Everyone genuinely cares about you and your unique situation and offers you honest and excellent advice. Even now 3 years later at times a question will arise and I send Ian an email and he is on it!!! Mark even chimes in when needed. All of the people in the office are super kind, and helpful. I went in being nervous, and anxious. But once I walked into the office and saw the decorative retro radio and the old school Macintosh computer, I was at ease. They're very inviting, and they take everything into consideration; I've always been able to get an appointment scheduled quickly and if needed they would accommodate me and work on a Saturday! ☺ I know some places are out to get you, but Mark McClure and his staff are not that way.
