Just when I was about to give up on all hope Josh was the light at the end of the tunnel. I lost my children due to a custody battle with my ex and after explaining my circumstances Josh was empathetic toward me and my situation and promised to fight hard. He reassured me over and over again that his team were going to fight night and day to get my babies back. Sure enough when trial began he was cool and collect and fought with everything he had for us. I got my children back and we are now so happy and blessed to be a family again. If I ever have to go back to court this is the man I'll trust to fight back. BEST TEAM OF LAWYERS OUT THERE!!!!!

Rear ended with minimal property damage to my vehicle (Feb 2017). I did sustain injuries such as whiplash, muscle soreness and strain in both shoulders and lower back. My treatment consisted of chiropractic care, massage therapy and received facet injections in shoulder/back. I had an MRI done, which diagnosed a slipped disc as a result of the accident. The insurance company of the defendant would not accept liability even though he was issued a citation. They tried to make a case that the low impact collision didn't cause my injuries. Upon returning back to health in late Sept 2017 we issued a Demand Letter for medical compensation and pain & suffering. The defendant's insurance company did not respond and at this point weren't accepting liability. I had to go through an Independent Medical Exam that dragged my case along slowly. Mr. Brumley and his head paralegal (Lew Humiston) worked tirelessly and fought my case doggedly and filed a lawsuit on my behalf. Instantly this opened the lines of communication with the insurance company's defense attorney. I was thoroughly prepared by my attorney when subpoenaed during the discovery process and wasn't that nervous. Less than a week later, Mr. Brumley informs me the insurance company is ready for settlement and is offering their policy limit for damages. It was a long time coming, but definitely worth the wait! I highly recommend Mr. Josh Brumley when looking for a winning attorney! Thank you!
