Brian Murry is a great attorney. He is straight forward, responsive, provides realistic solutions, and advocates strongly for his clients. When you work with him, you know he always has your best interests in mind. I am very pleased I hired Mr. Murry and Tonya Fries, and I would recommend them to anyone I know going through a family law case.

I did all my own paralegal work myself, there were multiple errors and misspellings in my docs that were filed from the atty and para, including them misspelling the name of my husband we were serving. Bare minimum demands were documented, if my demands did not fit their boiler plate template, they didn’t know what to do. They bill and invoice on things like when you want to close your account and things show up in your statement of “reviewed case” when no work has been done for 6 weeks. I got assigned the absolute B team attorney and paralegal, the OP literally made fun of my counsel for being so unprepared and it hurt me in the end.

Worst experience with this law firm period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paid attorney to help represent me and my children. Attorney was not prepared for court or have any idea how to go about my court case. Spoke with multiple people before I was assigned to an actual lawyer. Lawyer lost case and felt was very uneducated about my case I general. Gladly took my money but did not fulfill the actual duties. Before attorney withdrew, I have/had multiple questions all within email and phone calls regarding my case and new problems occurring. I have been given the run around for all locations and with all of them taking my info and them saving onto their screen so they can reach out to me and some even saying they’re not going to help me because if not there location. It’s going on three months and still NO CONTACT. This is very important to me as it involves my children! Just wish the were as eager to actually HELP rather quick to take my money.

Half the time I felt like they were working for my ex husband. I should have done more research and found a lawyer that cared. I had to actually contact other lawyers to tell my lawyer that medical debt is shared. They did the bare minimum.

My girlfriend was dealing with her divorce and after spending lots if money with another attorney and getting no results We finally talked with Roger at Lutz and Associates and got the results we wanted. Which allowed her to keep her house to raise her kids in. Iam very thankful for all he did for her.

I contacted Lutz Law about a parenting situation with my child's mother. Roger Schweinler heard my case, was very respectful, and very real about what I should expect in terms of outcomes. Throughout the case Kyra Warner, Roger's paralegal, was very responsive in relaying information from Roger and about my case. This was very helpful because I did not have to question where the case was at during any given time. In the end Roger came through on our initial discussion and got the plan I was looking for. Now I have time with my child that can't be snatched away at a moments notice due to how she is feeling that day. I would highly reccomend Roger Schweinler and Kyra Warner for your legal needs.
