The experience I had with Paul Bryan, and his paralegals, was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with listened and worked with me to make sure they understood my needs.
Specifically, Cathy was responsive and reviewed my large file and considered my whole situation. She was able to give me honest feedback and made recommendations that were in my best interest, which may very resolve my situation without actually representing me.
Even though the firm was unable to represent me, she worked on my behalf to ensure that my case was handled with care and that I was counseled for the best possible outcome in the long run.
Thank you for your kind service.

They did a great job for me when it was hard to find anyone in my area that would take on the issue I had with a major corporation. Was able to settle my case with little issues.

This is my review of David Roberts and is fact. Mr. Roberts represented my late former husband, Richard Allen Erickson, and was also the executor of Mr. Erickson’s estate. Mr. Erickson and I owned a home together, after the death of Mr. Erickson, I retained council to comply with the agreement per our divorce, and help settle Mr. Erickson’s estate by applying for a home loan, and paying the estate for Mr. Allen to pay creditors and heirs. Mr. Roberts seemed agreeable to this but through the course of correspondence with my attorney, Mr. Roberts stopped accepting calls, and refused to respond to inquiries. The death certificate has never been filed, probate has never been completed. Research shows probate has been archived and it has been 7 years this past August. I have had to hire three attorneys all of whom were refused by Mr. Roberts. I have had to make repairs, pay the mortgage, insurance, taxes, but I cannot refinance my home, sell my home, because Mr.Roberts did not uphold his fiduciary responsibility to his client. I have once again retained counsel to clear this ongoing nightmare. But there’s a twist in the story, one I hope to discuss with a judge one day. This has been a 7 year burden and the source of distress and needless anxiety.

I had to hire Paul when Labor and industies would not cover my shoulder surgery or my hip surgery. They kept giving me the runaround and didn't want to pay my time lost. He got my claim going. I got my time loss in days and my surgery's covered, if you want it fast results and a good team I would hire Paul and his team.

I was never given my rights by my employer when I got injured. After a year of mistreatment and being mangled by their doctor, I took all my papers to Catherine. Paul Bryan's office was able to get my claim straightened out, and get me paid while waiting for further medical treatment. I would never have gotten either without them. Everyone has been so helpful, and I really do feel like they care personally!
Highly recommend to anyone in Kitsap with a work injury. They have been excellent!

Back in 2012 I sustained an on the job injury to my left knee and was placed on L & I. Five months later my wife and I had a meeting with the HR Director of where I was employed. Long story short I was being misrepresented by my employers, HR Director regarding Labor and industries guidelines and laws during a injured on the job. And with that my employers HR Director recommended that I resign which was totally baffling because it would automatically close my claim. I denied the request of course and at that point knew I needed to have some legal advice and representation. So after doing some research and talking to a lot of people in the community I was told to contact Paul Bryan attorney-at-law in Silverdale Washington. To this day I’m SO thankful that I got a hold of them and had them as my legal representation to help me through this very anxiety filled and stressful situation with my employers HR Director who because I did not resign had me terminated four months later without even seeing an L & I doctor for my on the job injury! From the get-go Paul Bryan and his staff supported me 150%. After my employers HR Director continue to fight my L & I claim saying it was pre-existing and also after terminating me, my claim was finally approved and excepted in September 2013. The next month in October I had a full left knee replacement and ended up with a 60% disability after the surgery. With all the other physical complications I had my next step was to try to get a full state medical disability pension. From start to finish it was pretty close to a three-year battle and Paul Bryan and his staff were there by my side step-by-step and at the end I did receive a full state medical disability. I can never thank you enough Paul Bryan and staff for being there for me the whole way through from start to finish!! God bless you all!!
