Bita help me with my divorce this past year. Married with no kids or property, Bita made the process very easy and affordable. She was available when needed and was easy to get in contact with. Bita explained what each stage/next steps would be and what to expect. I was very happy with the outcome of her efforts and would recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance when it comes to divorce.

I have never had the need to consult or hire a lawyer. I am glad Bita Soltan-Qurraie was my first experience. She spent as much time as I needed to fully grasp my situation and the rights I was entitled to. She always made sure I understood all of the legal paperwork and legal speak while never once talking down to me. I was always informed of any changes in my case and she immediately updated me of any actions made by the other party. All contact made with the other party was made through her and handled with civility. Paperwork she sent to the other party was first sent to me so I could read, understand and approve. Any contact she made with the other party through email or letter she wrote was sent to me to get my approval on facts and intent. All my emails and calls for our correspondence were responded to promptly. Any time we met in person she considered my schedule and made every opportunity to accommodate me. She also helped me acquire everything I requested financially from the other party in my case which was handled out of court.

Bita helped me navigate through the most difficult time of my life. I was uneducated on divorce and Bita, from the start, was very factual how men in our "no fault state" are treated. I brought in 2/3 of the household income and braced myself how a large chunk of my income would go to my at fault partner. Bita is supportive. When I called Bita I was under so much stress. Having her take my case relieved so much pressure that I was under. I felt she was sincere and very strait forward.
