He will take your money and fail to file the case correctly. He tried 3 times and failed three times - He couldn't get past filing paperwork. He knows nothing about law and then blames it all on "law school teaches us to being creative ..." on not being able to handle simple paperwork that most attorney's seem to handle weekly. Being creative and then being ridiculed by the Commissioner because a simple paperwork wasn't filled out correctly; Ultimately costing you to lose because he simple cannot file in time during the window where law would've stepped in for you. This complain is common in all reviews. There's a reason for it. He is incapable of spelling, he wasted your money making a million drafts (even against your request and charges for them) and then fails to use the draft because he does not understand how to use his computer; and after paying $4000 for drafts alone, will use the original one because it was all he could find. He last advice to me was to commit a felony and do nothing. I will be pursuing a grievance and I will claim victory over this scammer. God is on my fight.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Things were constantly misspelled and names confused. I basically filled out the paperwork myself. I got charged for so many back-and-forth phone calls because of all of the mistakes on the paperwork. So my fees for simple tasks, were very high. He was just not good. He served the person I had a case with twice because he didn’t know the first one was done properly. And then ended up missing a VERY important deadline, which made me cancel him and find someone else that could do the job better. Terrible. When I ended up getting my new attorney, the attorney advised looking into a malpractice for Jeff Jared because of the missing deadline. I wish I could get my money back. He did nothing for me, except cause me more issues.

We found ourselves in a big predicament with a mortgage servicer doing things that didn't seem right with the mortgage on a property the estate of my deceased father owned. The turnaround was incredible. for less money than any other attorney would even talk to us about our case, the law office of Jeff Jared got busy and were able to guide us through a process whereby my dad's estate did not lose the equity in the property, and indeed managed to force a turn around by the mortgage servicing company on there actions which word prima facie fraud. not only what I use Jeff Jared's office again, he and his wife have become my go-to people for all legal matters. My wife and I would not have been able to protect my elderly mother from the predatory practices of a mortgage lender without their help. They are friendly and approachable, yet dedicated and efficient. They left no rock unturned, yet even in moments of extreme frustration they were cool and meticulous. Ten stars would be more appropriate.

Pathetic, Unethical lying thief.

We had a complicated mortgage dispute with our lender spanning several years. It took a financial and mental toll on our lives. We hired Jeff Jared to represent us. We immediately felt protected and confident that the lender was not going to run rough shod over us! There were many parts to our situation, and Jeff was on top of all legal dates, deadlines, pleadings, and did not allow the lender to do whatever they wanted. His paralegal Michelle was amazing. She did important research, and also communicated with the opposing parties in a way that got them to be more amenable to us during negotiations. Jeff & Michelle laid out several options that we hadn't really considered. We gained clarity, and the strategy to finally exit this burden. Within several months of hiring Jeff, we won a settlement, which we regard in many ways as a straight out win. Michelle is empathetic with clients, and also armed with extensive knowledge and experience. Jeff is a brilliant and realistic attorney. Jeff and Michelle will execute the best strategy for you. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone seeking representation in any of their practice areas.
