“Almost everyday i ask updates about my case. They keep telling me it is in progress and may take 10 business days. Today is 15 business day since they received my signed documents. They even dont know what is going on with my case and asking 24-48 hours to clarify.”

“Website says 30 day money back guarantee. Been fighting for that refund and they say since I had access to website they can't give me a full refund. The gave me a partial and then removed access to my answers, so all my work went to waste.”
