Pros
1
Excellent attention to detail and thorough review of case materials to prevent mistakes and expedite the process
“Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic.”
2
Strong legal knowledge and advocacy to protect client's best interests
“I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way. I am grateful for her immense knowledge of the law and watching out for my best interest all the while communicating with compassion and kindness.”
3
Responsive and available to clients, keeping them informed throughout the process
“Nate and his assistant Nicolas have been the most amazing people to work with. Nate truly goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best outcome you possibly can! He explained and went through everything throughout my process.”
4
Effective negotiation skills and willingness to fight for the best possible outcome
“With the severe consequences of a DUI/Physical control the best attorney is needed and Nate Webb is that attorney. I am pleased with the outcome of the case.”
Cons
1
Lack of understanding of domestic violence issues and potential victim blaming in divorce cases
“I can't recommend her for divorces where domestic violence has been an issue, as both Story and the divorce coach she assigned to our case lacked the necessary understanding of abuser behavior and its impact on children and family dynamics — to the point where victim blaming became an issue.”
2
Inconsistent quality of representation and outcomes, with some clients reporting less favorable results
“Hired these guys several years ago in 2014 for my first and only DUI that happened in Bellevue. Police had no dash cam footage, lacked probable cause to pull me over in the first place but somehow they completely lost my case. Not sure if it's cause of inexperience on who was assigned to me (Denis Globa) but I wasn't happy.”
