Doug Silva and his staff are rock stars! I have been using Doug since 1995 and they have never failed to get my tickets dismissed, or at the very least reduced to a non-traffic offense. I would never use anyone else!

Doug Silva is the absolute BEST traffic attorney you will find. He has helped me on a few occasions over the years and has been 100% effective at either getting traffic charges dismissed or off my record with an alternative non moving violation penalty. He is a lifesaver! He always states up front that his services are not guaranteed, but believe me, you are MUCH better off hiring him than to just take the ticket & pay the fine. His services more than pay for themselves if he can keep a moving violation off your record, as your insurance rates won't go up when he is successful. I hope to never need his services again, but will no doubt call him if need be & always recommend him to others if they happen to need traffic ticket representation in the future.

I hired Doug Silva for a negligent 2nd degree ticket I got on my motorcycle. It was 500 bucks pre-paid, and I faxed the ticket over. At court he appeared very unprepared. The only thing he did was ask the judge for a deferral which was refused because I had another ticket pending. That was it. I ended up paying 550 dollars for the ticket and 500 to Doug Silva. After we got out, he asked if he could represent me for my 2nd ticket. I had already replied to the 2nd ticket so he was unable to represent me. I put in a 1 star review about a year ago, and Doug Silva replied "this is not a client of ours" and my review appears to have been removed. So here I am re-submitting it with more detail.

They have not judged me and have helped keep my record clean. They helped me keep my union job. They are amazing.

Mr Silva's service is nothing less than Amazing and was able to dismiss my very difficult speeding ticket. His office was approachable and Helen, who handles office affairs was pleasant to interact regarding case updates. Definitely recommended!!!
