The most unprofessional people the lady thought she put me on hold all the while cussing fael laungage bragging she had worked there 5 year's well o guess you thought I didn't hear you sickning they hire just anyone

my name is Kim Kelly, i learned about prepaid legal over ten years ago. I have always been satisfied with there services. very impressed. so much so i have since paid for there services for family members as well as a couple close friends. People are very friendly as well as helpful. Never had to wait on the phone for more than a couple of minuets. I highly recommend it to everyone. I do just that. Thank you prepaid legal.

I would run the other way. You would think someone working as a lawyer would be honorable they are not5. Everytime I spoke with him he was long winded it would take 20 to 30 min everytime I would speak with them 4 times. They didnt sent anyone to repersent me in court after speaking with him several times and signing a contract saying the would repersent me. I then had my licence suspended for failuer to appear????? What was beyond infuriating is this man Martino who I spoke with blamed me for him not showing up to repersent me in court???? Because of his lack of charater I ended up paying thousands of dollars. I have ever wantes to see KARMA in action. Please be very careful working with him and keep detailed notes

Absolutely useless. I have a Legal Shield plan and Lombino is a Shield provider in WA state. Once there was a snow storm. But everybody worked - McDonald's, clinics, nothing serious. Lombino closed it's office for the week. They should not be paid by Legal Shield. 02/14/2019 I asked Lombino Martino question about legal basics related to my case. Attorney Richard Smith called me the same day on behalf of Lombino. He said, his experience is more than 40 years. However, he told he does not know answers to any of my questions. My questions were very easy, they were so easy that I easily found answers on the Internet couple of days later. Mr Smith demonstrated he does not know the basics of the law working more than 40 years as an attorney. I see that if such non-qualified attorneys work for Lombino Martino, the whole company is absolutely useless. They get money for nothing. Mr Smith told, next day another attorney will call me. 02/14/2019 another attorney Larry Spokoiny called me and said he refuse to answer basic legal questions because I did not hire an attorney. I asked his name and he refused to tell. Later I found his initials. Then he hung up. I recommend everybody to stay away from Richard Smith, Lombino Martino and Legal Shield.

I have been working with this law firm for quite some time for various legal matters. They have helped me and i continued to work with them, however that came to an end recently. They were going to refer me to another attorney for a matter that could assist me more than they could. Well it took 3 calls and over a mth to get that referral. Back in 2018 there was a similar situation, they were going to refer me to another attorney and it took them a long time, they also referred me to the wrong attorney to start with and had to re refer me. While the pros outweigh the cons in working with them, when it comes to legal matters i expect the best, and after this last incident i am not going to risk it with this law firm.
