Spoke to a John wagoner via legal shield. He was referred my case from an Indiana lawyer. When I sold to him tonight, he was completely unprepared, stated he couldn’t answer a question, everything would take three days for him to get back with me on about amending parent info on a Washington state Birth Certificate, also sounded very unenthusiastic, lethargic. Became upset with me after I asked what the purpose of the phone call from him was if he had no info submitted to him and couldn’t even answer common question in reference to the the field of law he practiced. Terrible. No I wouldn’t hire this firm if this gentleman was the person I had to work with.

Rude staff. No tact when dealing with people. The staff member literally sounded angry or upset. Maybe the call prior was upsetting, but you know. I dont think anyone deserved to be treated that way. Also they don't understand how to direct issues appropriately. Had to call to call several several times between 2 people to finally get the correct resolution to the issue. Cancelling membership because lambino martino is definitely no Kivel & Howard (Oregons PPL representation). Never had any issues when they were covering me.

We use this firm for our business through a legal membership plan. So far we've had pleasant interactions with the few attorneys we've interacted with. The staff and attorneys alike are friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pretty new relationship, but so far I'm happy with them and have had a pleasant experience.

Worked with them through LegalShield. Told me a separation agreement with an employer was all good, but later I found out that the agreement actually had a clause that was ruled illegal back in Feb 2023. It isn't just unenforceable, it's illegal to even offer. I do not believe these attorneys even read what you tell them. If they do, they don't understand the law. There's a reason they do so much business with Legalshield. They're the bottom barrel kind of lawyers that form the butt of all of society's jokes about lawyers being terrible and exploitative. If you want legal representation, look elsewhere. They'll do the absolute minimum to get paid and won't care who they hurt in the process.
