A great experience that stemmed from a very uncomfortable situation. I hired a lawyer to handle a bankruptcy for me she was a Very faulty character And allowed my bankruptcy to go into default but only after taking my money. Maria and her staff got my bankruptcy back on track. I worked extremely hard to clean up wreckage of the pass and move on with my life in do to liberty law I now can do that. Rebecca it's not your average legal assistance. She is absolutely amazing! She helped walk me through some very confusing uncomfortable situations. Helping me fill out paperwork, finding out where to send it ,who to talk to ,what to say. Always had time for me. They did not make a lot of money off of my case however you would have never known that with the treatment that I received. I always felt like a priority. I never felt disregarded when I got off the phone or left with more questions than answers. I always felt secure, And if something needed to be done, it was being done, and I did not have to lose sleep over that. This is our second time going to Liberty Law and it was always a great experience. Maria, Dave and Rebecca and a pleasure to talk to and work with. We contacted them because we were trying to pay off our boat to get our titles but the bank (BECU)told us that we had a lock on our title and we had to pay an extra $1,500 that went to their collection department from cross collateralization. They wouldn't even give me a name or number so I could speak with them. We decided to go meet Dave at his office and hire him. We spoke a little in his office and he told us to get in our cars and he'll head to the bank with us. We sat with down with the bank teller and Dave introduced himself and told her why we were there. He ask to see all the paperwork on cross collateralization and why we couldn't pay our boat off and get the title. To make a longer story shorter. The bank said that there was a mistake and we didn't have to pay anything extra and apologized for us getting the wrong information for the last few days. If we didn't call Liberty Law, the bank would've done everything in their power to push us around until we paid the extra $1,500. Thank you Dave we felt like we were in a movie walking in the bank with you.
