Taking step to start bankruptcy is stressful and scary. It was great to work with a knowledgeable and caring attorney, Rafael Gorski and his wonderful assistant, Caron. They helped make my decision a smooth and as much as possible, a stress free process. Rafael and Caron were there to answer any questions and concerns I had, along the way. From start to finish, Rafal Gorski and Caron were absolutely CARING professionals. They took into consideration my work schedule, covid restrictions and the details of my overall debt. It was smaller than usual debts and after talking to a few attorneys; wasn't sure if anyone would even look at what I needed. They cleared up an abundance of confusion on the process and timeframe of the bankruptcy process. Every step was explained, simplistic and exactly the way I expected each stage to go which was HUGE for me. Not to mention the communication is beyond what I thought I would get. Caron, legal assistant, is a wonderful person, and great person to work with. She explains any legal issues as they arise. He and his staff made the unfortunate necessity to file for bankruptcy an almost pleasant experience. Almost, because filing is not an easy decision to make. Rafal has been nothing short of helpful in this time of need.
