Thought he could help, guess he didn't want to be bothered. His staff seemed great, he was completely rude and would not listen kept talking over.

I clicked the wrong boxes on my prior review. My ratings would all be "excellent" for this attorney. All of my other prior review is correct.

Rita and Kevin were very prompt and positive. They were proactive in all aspects of my case and I highly recommend them. They are easily accessible by phone and in person. You can not go wrong by calling them.

He doesn't know anything about your case. He only wants money and doesn't care at all. He barely prepares for hearings and wants to get a temp order and immediately get off your case. Office staff is great but high turn over so I never knew who would be handling my case.

Lost everything, do not go to him. Please if you value your children do not go here. Secretary’s are the best part.

I should've looked around for other lawyers but I went off reviews on google. Here is my personal experience: I went to Kevin Byrd to get child support and a parenting plan. I have my daughter 5 nights a week and work everyday. To sum it up, I ended up losing and receiving no child support. It's just odd to me that WA is a women state and I'm the primary parent who once again have my daughter 5 nights... receive no child support. The moment the hearing was done, Kevin stop responding to my email and stated I would have to pay for additional advice. I wish I would've looked around and found a lawyer who empathizes with their clients and treat them as humans and not just a payment machine. I would just be cautious because I'm still confused on how I don't receive financial assistance and even the court order says I'm the primary parent. Also, I submitted documentations requested and they kept asking me for things I've already sent. The day of my first court hearing date he was no prepared, which made us push the date out a month. I just encourage people to shop around and find someone who is really involved with their clients cases.

He took our money and did nothing. The lady that answered the phone was rude and had no idea who it us. He has three assistant leave him in a three period. I guess his wife works for him to and she does not even do anything but set in the desk and talk about the other clients!!! who does that. She also says she has work for him long enough to be an attorney. Wow is that how law works???? Can she say that??? I am going some were the office does not smell like bad body did they forget to shower? I will take my $4000.00 retain to an attorney who will look at me when i talking. So rude

I was referred to Kevin and his amazing team by another local attorney who wasn't accepting contested divorce cases. He's one of the few out there who does a free consultation to see if he'd be a fit. I was impressed from day #1. He listened intently and provided exemplary legal advice. I am still currently going through my divorce proceedings and he & his staff have guided me through every step. I trust his legal team fully and would recommend to anyone seeking honest legal counsel!!

I thought that because Kevin had good reviews that he was good, boy what a nightmare it has been. Paid him $3300 for a divorce and all he did was handle child support. Now I’m being billed another $3500 for discoveries that HE caused. Completely dissatisfied with the services I have received. Very unprofessional group. At one point Amy said she would dress in black and whoop my wife’s ass. If your a male needing a divorce lawyer PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE. These people are shady as hell. At the end of the day karma will catch up to these people.

Mr. Byrd gave me very importin info on how I should handle my divorce with my soon to be ex, He told me I would be better off to get all my info together then come see him and then he would lay it all out, Then he would tell me what I should do and what I cant do, the staff helped me on getting me some info on were I should go to gather all the needed papers so that I would be better prepared when the time came to file.

I moved out of state during the motion for child support adjustment hearings. This caused me a great deal of anxiety because I needed to find someone who I could rely on to help me. Mr. Byrd and his team were my saving grace. They always keep me informed and were very professional. They fought very hard for me and in the end I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely be using Mr. Byrd and his team for any future legal proceedings that I may encounter.
