Yes. I would recommend this company.
I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy through Brown & Seelye which discharged September 2015. They walked with me all the way even after my bankruptcy dischage as we returned to court due to larger companies in the Ta coma, WA area challenged Washington state laws. After beating the challenge, I am debt free, and continuing to rebuild my credit to buy my first home. Brown & Seelye dared to stand with me in my journey to fight for what it richeous. Unknowing what would happen, I walked away with a settlement. Hats off to these two ladies I call my God sent angels. May the integrity you displayed continue to bless your company and all those you serve.
God Bless You Both😇

Mr. Rafal Gorski and his staff are the ONLY legal professional's to turn to in your need for assistance and expert advice.
We had an unexpected financial crisis and visited Mr. Gorski assisted us with our issues. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law, explains everything concerning your specific needs in such a way you understand, has a unique, wonderful sense of humor and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable in any way.
Mr. Gorski's staff are extremely confident, kind and make you feel like family. This is such a rare combination with any professional these days. Other attorney's can be so stern, uncaring and leave you feeling with low self esteem for your uncontrollable circumstances. But not Mr. Gorski or his staff. You are treated with respect and they are caring people.
I was never made to feel as if I was a bother when I called with questions. They were happy to assist me. I was impressed with the knowledge his staff inputted and realized Mr Gorski only hired personnel that had the same attributes as he.
Mr. Gorski goes above and beyond for his clients and is HIGHLY recommended by me for your legal issues.
Thank you, Mr. Rafal Gorski, and all your staff your assistance in our legal matter. We would not have felt so secure in such an important issue, without your assistance.
With respect and sincerity,
Barbara & John

The price is lower than other offices and I have never experienced them being rude. They did however, seem a little too laid back. The customer service is not very professional and there were four large dogs in the office every time I went there. There are dog beds and toys all over the place and it is totally dirty . I mean that is really unprofessional and gross to have all all of those animals in a place of business

My mother filed for chapter 7 with Brown & Seelye. I went with her to meet with Brown & Seelye due to the fact that my name was attached to some of her debt ie: Mortgages and lines of credit. However, I lived in the home not my mother and I had paid every payment on time and of course wanted to keep the home and make sure that the reaffirmation was done on the home loans and the specific credit lines were not included in this bankruptcy (this was whole purpose of me attending the meeting prior to my mother filing for bankruptcy). Although, the filing with the court stated that the reaffirmations were to be done and line of credit were not to be included the reaffirmation was never sent or completed with the banks and are showing as a negative remark on my credit. I am someone who has always had good credit never late on any payments EVER. I called their office several times and was told that it is the banks responsibility to send the reaffirmation paper work and not theirs and that no court is going to reopen the case to just do a reaffirmation and of course the bank is saying it was their responsibility. I do remember my mother paying Brown & Seelye for the services how is this now in my lap? Considering I, nor my mother are not bankruptcy attorneys how would we know to catch something that bankruptcy attorneys are fully aware of. Seems to me they are going through the motions and not the details. I have been very negatively affected and disappointed by the business they conducted and will filing a complaint with the bar.
